Barry Shames is founder of Shames Construction, a leader in retail industry construction on the west coast. He sold Shames Construction in 2017 and formed Cairn Strategies to provide business consulting for entrepreneurs and organizations. He is Past President of the Retail Contractors Association and serves on boards, including ACE Scholarships Advisory Board.

Now a Colorado resident, Barry travels and keeps in shape skiing, cycling, hiking and golfing. He has a degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
